AMR computations

Examples
All calculations are done with a blockstructured adaptive algorithm, based on a patchwise refinement strategy (AMR). As refinement criterions gradients and the estimated error are used. The algorithm has been parallelized for distributed memory machines using the MPI-library. The implementation is in C++ with FORTRAN-functions and was an early version of AMROC, which has been released in version 1.0 in March 2002. An article on the object-oriented design of the AMR-algorithm is available.
