Hi, I am Klaus Schenk. I was born in 1959. I made my Ph. D. at the Department of Mathematics at the University of Leipzig in 1990. My teacher was Prof.Dr.E.Zeidler. In September 1989 I got a job at the highschool in Cottbus.
My current interests are theoretical and numerical properties of multicomponent gas mixtures that are described by a generalization of the compressible Euler equations. If somebody has some interesting experiences with similar models, please contact me.
